For some years now, global economies have been changing, questioning all the dynamics that helped Italian companies to prosper in the 1970s and 1980s. In fact, in that period, the consolidated behaviour of companies was that of manufacturing machinery and goods on the basis of a presumed need, contacting potential clients who would have had to ‘adapt’ to the existing offer of that time. Following on from this type of approach, there are still companies whose slogan is based on the expression ‘if you want it personalized, it means you don’t need my product’.
