Adalis Corporation joined the H.B. Fuller legal entity worldwide on 2 June 2013, and has become the business unit referred to internally as H.B. Fuller Adhesive Coated Solutions.
While Adalis has been a wholly owned subsidiary of H.B. Fuller since 1973, the merger and rebranding makes sense both for businesses and for customers. Moreover, Adalis and H.B. Fuller have always shared a commitment to providing innovative packaging solutions to customers around the world, such as expanding technology, a better eStore, new website, improved marketing communications and social media, global supply chain, expanded R&D capabilities and access to a larger Quality/ISO system. Adhesives customer service groups will also have extended hours of accessibility in Vadnais Heights, Minnesota; Mindelo, Portugal; and Shanghai, China.
