OCS Glass has invested a lot in the last few years to develop ever more competitive and high-tech products such as the new automatic cutting table, TCA3200 lYnX, as well as a complete new line of vacuum devices and manipulators.

AUTOMATIC CUTTING TABLE
The TCA3200 lYnX cutting table is an automatic cutting table for X, Y linear cuts. This product has been studied and conceived for a specific costumer target: small- and medium-sized glassworks. Just like all other OCS Glass tables, the TCA3200 lYnX stands out for its solid yet elegant structure and ease-of-use. Equipped with three breaking bars, a powerful air-cushion and hydraulic tilting, the cut is carried out extremely quickly and precisely. The cutting bridge is moved by means of brushless motors with belt transmission and each movement is commanded by numerical control CNC. The cutting operations are managed by optimization software and all tables are equipped with double zero option for the cutting of laminated glass. OCS Glass also offers the possibility of remote assistance, which cancels all doubts regarding time and efficiency of eventual assistance. All these characteristics make the TCA3200 lYnX the best solution for all glassworks needing a reliable, quick and economic solution.

MANIPULATORS
Manipulators are the new products made by OCS Glass in the handling equipment field. Manipulators are useful equipment to load or unload glass panes quickly to and from glass insulating lines, grinding machines, washing machines, work centres and so on. This equipment is composed made up of a crane and a vacuum lifter - all in a single console – and, therefore, crane remote control is no longer necessary. The lifting and lowering movement of the crane and all vacuum lifter controls (rotation, tilting and glass loading/unloading) are manageable from the manipulator console. In this manner the operator does not need to remove his hands from the tool during the operation, with benefits in safety and speed. This equipment is, for instance, strongly reco-mmended to increase productivity, considerably reducing the time for glass unloading from the line to the carriage. Furthermore, safety is also increased because the operator’s position is not near the glass and he is thereby able to control the glass movements better.
Many models are available to satisfy each and every clients’ needs, from two vacuum pads, capacity of 180 kilos, up to eight vacuum pads, capacity of 720 kilos. The manipulator can be powered by compressed air or electricity, while rotation and tilting movements can be motorized or pneumatic.
Aspecial mention must be given to the MP4- GP-S manipulator. This model, in fact, has the possibility to turn the vacuum lifter arms from vertical to horizontal, bringing the vacuum pads toward a linear configuration. This option is very useful in insulating glass production, where the operator often needs to unload large and heavy and long and narrow panels, using the same equipment.
A new range of vacuum devices has also been developed, complete with all accessories such as extendable arms, rechargeable batteries, remote control and with double or triple voltage.

COMMUNICATION
The renewal of OCS Glass has also brought innovations in communication, starting from the new company logo, which shows vigorously the philosophy of the company oriented on the technological innovation. A new website will be ready soon: a portal full of information for customers, but also a way to be always updated, through news and videos, of what the dynamic company is doing.
OCS Glass is among the first companies to create a YouTube channel (ocs glass channel) where people can watch videos showing the quality and the functioning of its machines, as well as information, comments and opinions; all this accompanied by interesting images and music. All these show the energy of a company that is never static, that knows that, to be always challenging and competitive, must always be fresh and innovative.
