That glass splashbacks are becoming ever more popular is a trend Prodim can confirm. Thanks to this trend sales of the Proliner Glass package are booming. Glass splashbacks are becoming increasingly popular throughout homes, businesses and many other constructions glass splashbacks are becoming a focal point.

Glass splashback and the desire toward remodelling within “boomer generation”
The vast majority of the “baby boomer generation” (95 per cent) would like to remain in their homes, according to a survey by AARP. This aspiration is driving a trend toward remodelling and using glass splashbacks.
The baby boomers not only want nice kitchens and spa-like bathrooms, they are also interested in integrated features that are easy to use. Splashbacks do not just offer a state-of-the-art look; glass is also practical and hygienic.
Next to the increase in the private sector, businesses are also interested to use the user-friendly glass features, for example in the hospitality and healthcare industry.

Proliner Glass Package
Prodim visits over 30 trade fairs a year worldwide to gather more information on market needs and demands. Luca Gasparini from international sales at Prodim says: “These fairs give us the interaction that we desire with our existing customers and potential buyers.
Years ago during Vitrum a customer asked us about using the Proliner for splash-backs. Until then he had to use a tape measure and make templates. But all this did was to give an approximate size of the splashback, without providing the accuracy he was looking for. We as Prodim helped him by developing the Proliner Glass package, which is an incredible tool for customers who require accuracy and want to increase productivity.
